A little about Julie.....
I am a wife and a mother; and loving every minute of it. That is my true full time job! And I wouldn't trade it for the world. But before anything, God comes first to me and my family. I believe if you turn everything over to God, he will bless you in more ways than you can fathom!
I am married to Kenley, my high school sweetheart who just happens to be my best friend. He is my biggest supporter and cheerleader! I am so undeserving for this wonderful man God gave to me!
We have three absolutely wonderful, full of mischief, full of life, God fearing children; Cooper, Luke and Marlee. Their activities and schedules keep us hoping, whether it is sports, ag & livestock, college, academics, church activities, and so much more! Our home is often filled with lots of teenagers! We love being the hang out spot for our kids' friends! I have no idea what I would do without my little "big" blessings! I LOVE them more than I could have ever imagined! PS....you will see them LOTS throughout this site.
I am a complete softy for animals......you know the cute and cuddly ones! ....psst....your will probably see our two Aussies, Sadie & Harleigh, in some of our images too!

I love the "Golden" hour of sunlight!
I love music! .....it can stir up emotions in a blink of an eye

about Julie Lane Photography.....
My passion for photography started back in my childhood. I was involved in our 4-H club where I attended some photography classes; that definitely sparked an interest for me. From then on you could bet I would be posing someone or something for a "photo shoot"; usually my baby sister at the time. She was game for anything.
But that love of photography really got fired up when I had my own children. It started as a hobby, merely a way to capture our day to day life and freeze frame our memories. Soon that hobby took a turn towards profession.
I must say my children are my inspiration! Through my lens, I see things differently. It's as I am seeing through the eye's of my children... I am capturing their every being, moment, silliness, caring heart.....
Everything that makes them unique!
Julie Lane Photography began with the whole-hearted love of capturing my baby's every moment. We are located in my hometown of Olney, Texas; a small, country town that helped raise me and I am proud of that!
I love photographing just about anything! Whether it be newborns, babies, children, tweens, high school & college seniors, engagements, families, events and sports......just about everything! I believe there are so many important stages in life, and I love that I get to capture so many of them !!!
I feel being different and creative is just who I am. God has created no mistakes....we are all wonderfully made!
